Crown National Safari Chilibite Seasoning 200g

Crown National Safari Chilibite Seasoning is a spice blend for making chilli bites and other dried meat snacks. Use 45g seasoning per 1kg of meat, with vinegar or Worcester sauce if required by your recipe.

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into strips and weigh it.
  2. Add 45g seasoning per 1kg meat.
  3. Mix thoroughly, cover and marinate under refrigeration overnight.
  4. Dry the meat using a safe biltong-making process.

Ingredients

Flavouring [celery, maize flour, maize meal, colourants, flavour enhancer (MSG/E621), hydrogenated palm fat, anti-caking agent, acidity regulator and spice extract with antioxidant TBHQ], salt, spices, sugar and preservative (potassium sorbate).

Allergens: Contains celery. May contain milk, egg, mustard, soya and wheat gluten.
