Designed on BLOCH’s European Balance-type last, Eurostretch combines a deep vamp, wide box and high, wide platform with stretch satin that follows the foot closely through every movement.

Eurostretch is built to create an especially close connection between foot and shoe. Its unique stretch satin follows the shape and movement of the foot, while the split outsole allows the material to stretch through the arch as the dancer moves from flat to pointe.

A deep vamp and wide box create the shoe’s supportive front profile, while the high, wide platform is designed to promote stable balances and even weight distribution en pointe. The low-profile upper, elastic drawstring and leather heel grip help maintain a smooth, secure finish around the foot.

For durability in demanding studio conditions, BLOCH uses A Paste: a firmer pasting method designed to withstand heat and humidity. Ribbons and elastics are sold separately, allowing them to be positioned and sewn to suit the dancer’s professionally fitted setup.
